§ 01 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website of AVUDAI SK INFOTECH SOLUTIONS LLP ("ASK Infotech", "we", "us", "our") and any services you engage us for. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
§ 02 Description of Services
ASK Infotech provides the following categories of services, the specific scope of which is agreed individually with each client:

- Corporate Training — B2B and B2C programmes in AI, Data Science, Data Analytics, Python, Machine Learning and Power BI
§ 03 Nature of Support & Academic Integrity
It is the client's sole responsibility to use our support in a manner consistent with their institution's or university's academic integrity, authorship and plagiarism policies. Clients are expected to review, understand and take ownership of any work product before submission.
§ 04 Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete information and timely feedback needed to deliver the engaged service
- Ensure you have the legal right to share any documents, data or materials you upload to us
- Review deliverables promptly and communicate revision requests within the agreed timeline
- Make payments as per the agreed schedule for the engagement
§ 05 Fees & Payment
Fees for each engagement are quoted individually based on scope, complexity and timeline, and confirmed in writing (quotation or invoice) before work begins. Payment terms — including any advance, milestone or full-upfront requirement — will be specified in that quotation. Prices on our website, if any, are indicative and subject to change.
§ 06 Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of the specific deliverables prepared for your engagement transfers to you. ASK Infotech retains the right to use general methodologies, templates and non-client-specific know-how developed in the course of our work. You retain full ownership of your own original research, data and ideas.
§ 07 Confidentiality
We treat all client research materials, data and personal information as confidential, and will not disclose them to third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy or as required to deliver the agreed service (for example, to a subject-matter expert bound by confidentiality). We expect clients to likewise keep any proprietary methodology or pricing we share confidential.
§ 08 Revisions & Refunds
The number of included revision rounds and any refund or cancellation terms are specified in the individual project agreement or quotation for your engagement. As a general principle, refunds are considered only for work not yet delivered, and fees for work already completed are non-refundable.
§ 09 Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided on a best-effort, professional basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASK Infotech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss — including loss of admission, delayed graduation, or lost business — and our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
§ 10 Disclaimer of Warranties
Except as expressly stated in a signed project agreement, our services and website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
§ 11 Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement by written notice as specified in the project agreement. Fees for work completed up to the date of termination remain payable.
§ 12 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
§ 13 Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
